Steps to Subscribe to Our Social Impact Measurement Services

Step 1:

A "case" refers to an individual category or entity under examination within a study. In our context, these cases can represent different types of entities:

1. Organizations: If your study involves analyzing the social impact of nonprofit organizations, each of these organizations would be considered a separate "case."

2. Families: For family-based studies, a "family" is treated as one case, regardless of its size. So, if you're studying the social impact on families, each family unit is a single case.

3. Youth Individuals: Individual youth participants in your study are also counted as cases. Each youth individual represents a distinct case in your analysis. In terms of our pricing model, the term "case" is crucial because it determines the cost of your subscription package. The subscription cost is based on the number of these distinct cases you want to analyze. For example, if you decide to assess the impact on 100 nonprofit organizations, 50 families, and 200 individual youth participants, you would need to choose a package that covers at least 350 cases. Our minimum denomination subscription is set at USD$5,000 per batch, which covers a specific number of cases as per the selected package. The per-case pricing within your chosen package then applies accordingly.

Package 1: For fewer than 100 cases: USD$1,550 per report (10 key areas).
Package 2: For 100 to fewer than 500 cases: USD$1,250 per report (10 key areas).
Package 3: For 500 to fewer than 1000 cases: USD$1,050 per report (10 key areas).
Package 4: For more than 1000 cases: USD$900 per report (10 key areas).

Step 2:

Upon receiving your submission, our team will issue the invoice and expected no. of sets of USD 5,000 prepaid subscription you’re required to pay at one go depending on the No. of Cases that you require us to analyse and your Indicated Subscription Package. The final total amount to be paid is excluding tax and 10% admin and processing fee which will be calculated and reflected in the final invoice issued from us.

Step 3:

Upon receiving your submission, our finance team will issue the invoice and expected no. of sets of USD 5,000 prepaid subscription you’re required to pay at one go depending on the No. of Cases that you required us to analyse and your Indicated Subscription Package. The final total amount to be paid is excluding tax and 10% admin and processing fee which will be calculated and reflected in the final invoice issued from us.

We only accept direct bank transfer or TTT. We will not process your report(s) until we have received the required payment amount that was invoiced to you.
