CEAI will provide sponsored credits to selected participants for the analysis of one individual learner’s performance. These credits are non-transferable and can only be used for the specified purpose within the PAL Pilot programme.
3. Scope of Use:
The sponsored credits are intended solely for the analysis of one individual learner (anonymously). The PAL insights generated through this programme are for personal exploration and feedback purposes only and should not be used for institutional or large-scale implementations during the pilot phase.
4. Data Privacy:
Participants are required to upload student/child performance records (minimum 1 page) for AI analysis. CEAI is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of participant data. Any information provided will be anonymized and used solely for the purpose of generating PAL insights.
5. Duration:
The PAL Pilot programme has a specified duration, and participants must complete the analysis within the stipulated timeframe. Late submissions may not be considered, and any unused sponsored credits will expire at the end of the pilot programme.
6. Feedback and Reporting:
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience with the PAL insights. CEAI may request additional information or feedback for the purpose of refining and improving the personalized learning solutions.
7. No Cost to Participants:
Participation in the PAL Pilot programme is entirely cost-free for selected individuals. There are no charges associated with the sponsored credits or the AI analysis provided.
8. Limited Availability:
The PAL Pilot programme has limited spaces available, and CEAI reserves the right to close registration once the maximum capacity is reached. Invitations are extended based on specific criteria, and not all registrants may be selected to participate.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the PAL Pilot programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
By participating in the PAL Pilot programme, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions. CEAI reserves the right to modify or terminate the pilot programme at its discretion.
