Y:WAIT is a movement to inspire more young women in the AI and technology industry, by creating opportunities where they can learn, grow, and thrive. We believe that everyone deserves a chance at success, no matter their background or gender. The Y:WAIT movement is a platform for young women in the AI and technology industry to inspire each other, share their stories, and challenge the stereotypes that have held them back for too long. We want to show young girls that they can be anything they want to be. We’re here to help young girls find their passion and make it happen, because if you don’t let yourself dream big, how will you ever know what lies ahead?

We aspire to help every girl thrive in growth-oriented industries, to inspire more girls to enter the field, provide opportunities for those who are already there, and make sure they’re succeeding.
We believe that every young girl should have access to opportunities to learn about STEM, and we want to be a part of that. We believe that, with enough encouragement, anyone can be anything they want.
Y:WAIT is an initiative to inspire more young women in the AI and technology industry. We believe that it’s important for girls to have a safe space where they can share their experiences and ask questions about what it means to be a woman in this field. Hence, we aim to provide opportunities for young girls in STEM by providing resources, mentorship, and networking events for them.
We are working to create a community where women who are passionate about tech and AI can find like-minded peers, mentors, and collaborators. We believe that women can make a significant impact in the field of AI by creating new technologies, solving complex problems, and advancing the field as a whole.
