The recognition of Y:WAIT’s leadership reflects the growing importance of youth-driven innovation in shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

Prof Dr M Nazri Muhd, Group Executive Chairman of the Centre for AI Innovation (CEAI) Global, expressed his admiration for their achievements.

“True innovation knows no boundaries of age, gender or background. Kiera, Serene and Rae demonstrate that extraordinary leadership can emerge when young people are empowered with knowledge, confidence and opportunities to make a difference.

Their achievements are not merely individual milestones. They represent a powerful message to young women everywhere: you do not have to wait for the future to arrive; you can begin shaping it today.

At CEAI Global, we believe the greatest promise of artificial intelligence lies in its ability to unlock human potential. By nurturing young innovators, particularly women in STEM, we are investing in a future where technology becomes a force for inclusion, empowerment and positive societal transformation.”

Transforming Inspiration into Real-World Innovation

CEAI Global has supported Y:WAIT since its early development, providing access to international expertise, industry networks, strategic partnerships and AI resources.

This collaboration has contributed to the development of two innovative AI-powered initiatives.

PAL (Personalized Adaptive Learning) is designed to deliver personalised educational experiences tailored to the learning needs and aspirations of young women.

YW:MAP (Young Women Mentorship Accelerator Programme) leverages AI to connect aspiring young talents with experienced mentors, facilitating meaningful guidance, professional development and leadership opportunities.

Together, these initiatives demonstrate how artificial intelligence can address real-world challenges while creating pathways for education, mentorship and personal growth.

Building an Inclusive Future for Artificial Intelligence

The achievements of Y:WAIT reinforce CEAI Global’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of technology leaders through collaboration, education and innovation.

CEAI Global also acknowledges the dedicated mentors and industry professionals whose guidance has helped advance Y:WAIT’s mission.

As artificial intelligence continues to transform industries and societies, CEAI Global believes that empowering young women to become creators, innovators and leaders will be essential to building a more inclusive digital future.

The message is clear: The future of AI belongs to everyone, and the next generation of women innovators is already helping to shape it.
